Bean sauce:

  • 1 cup Frijoles Volteados Rojos Ducal®
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh basil
  • 4 tablespoons Kerns® tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • Chicken stir fry with cherry tomatoes and garlic
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, halved
  • 1 tablespoon
  • red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 3 units of chicken breasts, cut into squares
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

Procedure for bean sauce:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat cook the onion until transparent, add the beans and the restof the ingredients.
  2. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes, gradually get a consistency of pasta sauce.
  3. Reserve.

Procedure for stir-frying chicken with tomatoes:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat add garlic, chicken, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook until the garlic is lightly browned, and the chicken is cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Reserve.
  4. Mix the pasta with the bean sauce, decorate on top with the chicken sauce and accompany with Parmesan cheese
