Serving size: 100g
  • 3 cups of Frijoles Volteados Negros Ducal
  • 6 flours tortillas
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup of prepared green sauce
  • 1 spoon of olive oil

Preparation

  1. To start with the lasagna: place a layer of flour tortilla, a layer of beans, a layer of chicken, a layer of green sauce and finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  2. Repeat the procedure until the container is covered, ending with a layer of mozzarellacheese.
  3. Bake in preheated 350ºF oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted; serve.
  4. Tip: for a faster preparation place the lasagna in the microwave for 5-8 minutes
