- 1 bag of Frijoles Picante Medio Rojos Ducal®
- 2 to 3 ounces of water
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken consome
- 2 garlic cloves, cut into squares
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50g diced mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons red peppers in strips
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl placethe beans directly from the packaging, season with the chicken broth andadd water little by little, until you get a creamy consistency.
- Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in a serving bowl and crown with mozzarella squares.
- In a small skillet, simmer the garlic, dried chili leaves, thyme, oil and red pepper. Cook untilthe garlic is golden brown and let it fall on the dip
