Bean sauce:
- 1 cup Frijoles Volteados Rojos Ducal®
- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh basil
- 4 tablespoons Kerns® tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound spaghetti
- Chicken stir fry with cherry tomatoes and garlic
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomato, halved
- 1 tablespoon
- red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 3 units of chicken breasts, cut into squares
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Procedure for bean sauce:
- In a skillet over medium heat cook the onion until transparent, add the beans and the restof the ingredients.
- Continue cooking for 3 more minutes, gradually get a consistency of pasta sauce.
- Reserve.
Procedure for stir-frying chicken with tomatoes:
- In a skillet over medium heat add garlic, chicken, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until the garlic is lightly browned, and the chicken is cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
- Reserve.
- Mix the pasta with the bean sauce, decorate on top with the chicken sauce and accompany with Parmesan cheese
