Proper maintenance of our pans and pots allows us to use less oil for cooking, and thus prevent it from deteriorating quickly. Extend the useful life of your utensils with the following tips:

  1. Do not use utensils that can damage the finish; prefer those based on wood, plastic or silicone.
  2. Avoid cooking at high temperatures to avoid damaging the surface or warping, as this causes the heat to not be distributed evenly.
  3. Wash the pans by hand with soft sponges, always waiting for the pan to cool down.
  4. Dry completely before storing and place a paper or cardboard between them when stacking them to avoid scratches.
