Ingredients

- 2 cups Frijoles Volteados Rojos Ducal®
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt taste
- 1 baguette
Preparation
- Prepare a pico de gallo by mixing the tomato, onion and chopped cilantro, season with salt and lemon to taste. Reserve.
- Cut the baguette in three and then open in half, spread some cream and then a layer of beans. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Gratin in the oven at 200ºC until the cheese is golden. Serve accompanied by pico de gallo.
