Ingredients

  • 1 baguette bread halved and then into 4
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Ducal Red Beans
  • 100 gram bacon
  • 1 sliced jalapeno pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. Spread one half bread with beans, top with mozzarella cheese, place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake until cheese melts.
  3. Serve immediately with a flake of fried bacon on top and jalapeno slices if desired.
