Ingredients
- 1 onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup Ducal black beans
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- C/n of water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 beef fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Salt pepper the beef fillets
- Heat a pan with olive oil.
- Sear the beef fillets in the pan for 3 min. on each side, remove and reserve.
- Add in the same pan without cleaning, the onion, let it fry for 3 min. until they turn dark golden color.
- Add the pepper, parsley and garlic clove and let them fry 1 min.
- Add the Ducal turned beans, and water until you achieve the desired consistency, finally add the soy sauce.
