Ingredients

  • 1 onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Ducal black beans
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • C/n of water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 beef fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Salt pepper the beef fillets
  2. Heat a pan with olive oil.
  3. Sear the beef fillets in the pan for 3 min. on each side, remove and reserve.
  4. Add in the same pan without cleaning, the onion, let it fry for 3 min. until they turn dark golden color.
  5. Add the pepper, parsley and garlic clove and let them fry 1 min.
  6. Add the Ducal turned beans, and water until you achieve the desired consistency, finally add the soy sauce.
