Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup Ducal whole beans
- 1/2 tb corn kernels.
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Prepare the pico de gallo by mixing the tomato, onion, chopped cilantro, corn kernels and whole Ducal beans, season with salt and lemon to taste.
- Serve with nachos!
