  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup Ducal whole beans
  • 1/2 tb corn kernels.
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Prepare the pico de gallo by mixing the tomato, onion, chopped cilantro, corn kernels and whole Ducal beans, season with salt and lemon to taste.
  2. Serve with nachos!
