Ingredients
- 2 of your favorite Tropical Chorizos
- 2 Flour Tortillas (8 inches)
- 1 16 oz can. of heated refried beans
- 1 avocado cut into cubes
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 7 oz. of fresh cheese
- ½ cup of Cream
Preparation
1. Remove the chorizo casing and crumble. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
2. In a 12-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, heat tortillas on both sides until lightly toasted.
3. Place the tortillas on a flat plate and spread them with refried beans. Top with the cooked chorizo, avocado cubes, red onion and Queso Fresco. Finish with Cream. Fold each tortilla in half.
4. Enjoy the warm Baleadas!
