Ingredients

  • 2 of your favorite Tropical Chorizos 
  • 2 Flour Tortillas (8 inches) 
  • 1 16 oz can. of heated refried beans 
  • 1 avocado cut into cubes 
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced 
  • 7 oz. of fresh cheese 
  • ½ cup of Cream 

Preparation

1. Remove the chorizo ​​casing and crumble. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally. 

2. In a 12-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, heat tortillas on both sides until lightly toasted. 

3. Place the tortillas on a flat plate and spread them with refried beans. Top with the cooked chorizo, avocado cubes, red onion and Queso Fresco. Finish with Cream. Fold each tortilla in half.
