Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas (they should be almost black in color) 
  • 2 tablespoons margarine 
  • ¹/² cup corn flour 
  • 1/3 cup water 
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • ¼ grated cheese or 1 and ½ cups of ground beans 
  • Optional cinnamon 
  • 16 ounces of Black Beans 

Preparation

  1. In a pot, cook the peeled bananas. Next, when they are already cooked, remove the bananas from their peel. 
  2. In a bowl, add the bananas, then the margarine, a pinch of salt and puree them, stirring with a spoon, add water and corn flour until the dough has a homogeneous and stable consistency, it should not be sticky, if this happens add a little more corn flour 
  3. On a flat surface we will put waxed paper and make balls from our dough. When we have them made, we will put them on the paper and fry them until we make a tortilla. Finally, we fill them with the cheese or beans, close them and fry them over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until they are golden.
