Ingredients
- 2 cups of Ducal Black Beans
- 15 g chopped chorizo
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- pork crackling
- 1 guajillo chili finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon marinated chipotle chili
- Morita chili sauce
Preparation
- Grind the beans in the blender.
- In a frying pan, fry the chorizo until golden brown, add the onion and the guajillo chili.
- Add the beans and boil them until you have a thick paste, season them with the chipotle to taste.
- Grind the chicharrón until it is almost pulverized.
- Form bean balls and cover them with the chicharrón
