Ingredients

  • 450 grams of rice 
  • 300 grams of black beans 
  • 100 milliliters of bean broth 
  • 30 grams of cilantro 
  • 4 cloves of garlic 
  • 40 grams of chopped onion 
  • 40 grams of chopped sweet chili 
  • 50 milliliters of Lizano Sauce 
  • 50 grams of margarine 
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt 
  • ½ cup of Custard 

Preparation

1. Heat the margarine in a deep pot, add the garlic, chili and onion, and sauté until fragrant. At this point add the bean broth, sauce and cumin, leave it for 5 more minutes and add the beans and again let it boil well adding the partially cooked rice, lower the heat and leave it there for 10 minutes. 

2. Finally add the coriander, remove from heat and stir well 

3. Served with custard and fried banana
