Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas 
  • Mediterranean style hummus 
  • 1 cup chopped Roman salad base 
  • 2 ounces Cucumber, Garlic, and Dill Tzatziki 
  • 2 ounces black olives 

Preparation

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil to a large non-stick skillet, and place over medium heat. 
  1. Add 1 tortilla and cook for 5 minutes, flipping every 20 seconds, until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas. 
  1. To build pizzas, spread hummus on tortillas, add lettuce, and top with tzatziki and black olives. Serve.
