Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- Mediterranean style hummus
- 1 cup chopped Roman salad base
- 2 ounces Cucumber, Garlic, and Dill Tzatziki
- 2 ounces black olives
Preparation
- Add 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil to a large non-stick skillet, and place over medium heat.
- Add 1 tortilla and cook for 5 minutes, flipping every 20 seconds, until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- To build pizzas, spread hummus on tortillas, add lettuce, and top with tzatziki and black olives. Serve.
